Heath With Harold.

This week we had a class with Harold. We learnt about eating good food and learnt how much sugar, salt and fat. 

Did you know that you should only have 10 grams or less of fat and sugar? Did you also know you should have less then 600mg of salt? when you look for how much sugar, salt and fat is in the food you need to look for the amount above.
